Additional Residential Unit (ARU)

We all know that housing is a problem.  ARUs are a logical solution to "densify" existing residential areas.  An additional residential unit (ARU), also known as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), is a small, independent home on the same lot as a primary residence.

We have designed and supplied a kit of parts for 2 x 1200 sq ft ARUs and 2 x 2500 sq ft primary residences in Jackson, Wyoming.  While the structure is primarily a CLT and GL kit, the ARUs are built on top of spacious garage spanned by a hardworking steel frame supplied by Red Falls Timber Co
