When a mass timber super structure arrives to a jobsite the foundation is in place, anchors are embedded, and the foundation is back filled.  Foundations can be piers, slabs, or stem walls depending on the project.  

While Red Falls does not provide foundation engineering, we do provide coordination and drawing set to assure a smooth interface between this critical components to get erection off to a quick start!
